Mandatory:
PHP with Laravel
Full stack development experience
MySQL database
Ability to work on from Admin Panels to complex Web Apps
Implement Back end API’s and Caching elements
Experiance on Deploying Apps on AWS, Google Cloud or similar Cloud platforms
Experiance on developing Scalabble Architecture with Back end processes, Serverless and other techniques to optimise the App
Good to Have:
NoSQL types of Database
Socket io
PostgreSQL
Bootstrap
Tailwind
Front End Developer
Must Have:
Bootstrap / Tailwind / CSS
Styles development and packaging
Modern front end JS libraries
Ability to take concept designs and code Web Responsive designs layouts
PHP / laravel
Consuming API and identifying improvements
Implement Front End JS Libraries or work on existing ones
Good to Have:
MySQL or any database
Full stack experience
React / angular or similar frameworks
Figma and Canva
Flutter Developer
Must Have:
Ability to independly design and develop the App Architecture (with States and Routing and seamless Data Sync and caching mechanism)
Implement the latest designs abd best cases mechanisms
Write Optimised code for the highest performance
Ability to conduct Flutter Debugging and Android and IOS Debugging and Profilling tools for performance improvements
Handle Profiling with features withn one codebase, multiple configurations
Able to design and develop from a conceptual layout to a Mobile, IPad, Web and Desktop
Good to have:
Working independently as well as in a team.
Provide expert feedback on the API, Data Structures and caching mechanisms
Optmise Flow of the App
Modern Designs and Component Animations suitable for the implementation.
Experience with Crypto/Blockchain Web3 and Gaming is a preferable.
