Digital Marketing and Brand Manager required
The Coachhire Group has operations in UK AU and NZ and is growing rapidly – with a combined team of 70 staff based in Pattaya, Thailand. We are growing and need an enthusiastic, experienced, digitally aware applicant to join our management team.

Responsibilities and relevant skills required.

  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Increase Brand awareness
  • Planning and monitoring the ongoing company and client presence on social media
  • Launching optimised online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness ( we have a full-time technical AdWords team to implement our marketing plans)
  • Content Production for our websites (in our team we have a copywriter)
  • Ensuring best practices in terms of SEO and other Google / Bing requirements
  • Developing additional areas of growth such as affiliate marketing, partnerships etc
We are looking for an experienced Brand/Digital Marketing Manager to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online and offline marketing efforts, The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will have excellent business-level professional English skills OR be a native English speaker. A work permit can be provided. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Content production for our coach and group travel business in the UK, AU and NZ
  • Plan and monitor company & client presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Launch optimised online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness ( in conjunction with our adwords team)
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organise their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure the performance of digital and traditional marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) (We have technical support to implement these requirements)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with clients
  • Respond to online customer reviews
  • Manage our other team members
  • Work closely as part of the management team to deliver and achieve the company goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing/Brand manager or similar role – Adwords certification a benefit but not required
  • At least 5 years of experience of Adwords management to a high level and large budget
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing a benefit
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills –
