TheCoachCompany is looking to fill 2 x Account Success team member positions. The roles are office-based in Pattaya.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Account Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Retention: You will serve as the primary liaison with our clients, proactively manage their accounts by identifying, understanding, and fulfilling their needs.

Relationship Building & Expansion: You should develop deep, meaningful relationships with clients that pave the way for further opportunities. An example of this could be positioning us as a company-wide solution, not just a departmental/single location solution.

Collaboration & Strategy: You will collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies to drive customer success and support efforts for process or product improvements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer success or account management roles.

Strong understanding of the travel and transportation sector.

Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and cultivate opportunities for expansion within the customer base.

Adept in handling customer queries and providing prompt resolutions.

Comfortable working with systems and digital platforms as part of daily activities.

Self-motivated, innovative, and enjoys working in a team setting.
