Position : Asst. General Manager

Location : Chachoengsao, Thailand

Salary : 75k – 85k

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in organizational development, team building, and management system construction (including compensation and performance management).
• Support the General Manager in daily management and operations, coordinate departmental and routine affairs.
• Help the General Manager coordinate work between departments and handle daily tasks.
• Assist the General Manager in establishing good cooperative relationships with suppliers, government agencies, and other external departments, and manage the reception of company guests.
• Handle all translation work required by the company, including language translation and document translation.
• Organize office meetings and major events, draft and issue meeting minutes, and monitor the implementation of meeting resolutions.
• Manage internal and external company correspondence, address incoming letters and visits, and report and resolve issues promptly.

Position : Manufacturing Manager

Salary : 75k – 85k

Location : Chachoengsao, Thailand

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the company’s manufacturing center, including production and logistics.
• Manage the procurement and storage of production materials, ensuring timely delivery to maintain efficient production and logistics operations.
• Continuously improve production capacity and efficiency while meeting quality standards, reducing production costs, enhancing personnel skills, and improving the working environment.
• Ensure the rational and effective execution of production plans, oversee orderly implementation of production schedules in various workshops, continuously monitor production status, and manage personnel allocation effectively.
• Establish and continuously improve the compensation and incentive systems for staff to ensure fairness and effectiveness in the workers’ compensation system.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any faculty.
• Be able to speak, write, read in Chinese (both positions)
• Expat or Non-Thai who has proficiency in Chinese are welcome.
