Position: B2C Online Sales Staff/Supervisor/Platform Manager

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 08.00 am – 17.30 pm
Job Description
Manage Assigned Online B2C Platforms:
– Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon, eBay, Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant channels assigned by B2C Marketing Manager.
– Track sales performance and devise ongoing and seasonal selling campaigns.
– Present results to manager for approval, feedback, or modifications.
– Maintain regular communication with Account Managers to ensure accounts are in good standing and up-to-date with promotions and metrics.
– Oversee customer relations and provide support to optimize store ratings and feedback.
Prepare Product Listings:
– Craft product descriptions.
– Conduct market research for optimal product selection and presentation.
– Develop price simulations for selected products.
– Present results to manager for approval or modifications.
Monitoring Inventory:
– Initiate production/restock orders and dispatch inventory to designated selling channels.
Market Research for B2C Platforms:
– Conduct market research reports based on brand and customer segmentation.
– Explore new sales and potential channels.
– Formulate digital strategies to elevate brand awareness and profitability.
– Create brand resource materials, including competitive advantages, positioning attributes, and consumer behavior insights.
– Present proposed schedules and action plans to manager for validation and feedback.
Prepare Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Marketing Plan Reports:
– Implement selected plan across various channels and media.
– Track and analyze results, then compile comprehensive report for presentation.
– Create weekly and monthly summary reports of platform performance, including KPIs and accomplishments.
– Propose solutions for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
– Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years in e-commerce management, focusing on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and Lazada.
– Digital Marketing Skills: Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic and engagement.
– Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis and market research skills for strategic decision-making.
– Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder presentations.
– Organizational Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy in product listings and campaigns.
– Creativity & Innovation: Innovative in crafting product descriptions and marketing strategies to stand out.
– Leadership & Team Management: Effective leadership in motivating teams and delegating tasks for success.
– Adaptability & Compliance: Ability to adapt to market changes while ensuring adherence to regulations and platform policies.
