Job Description

As a Customer Application Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Being a single point of contact for both new and existing non-technical customers.
  • Maintain relationships with customers’ feedback and encourage growth in product use.
  • Assisting, delivering, and demonstrating the client’s product.
  • Work with the Agile multicultural teams in Asia, the EU, Canada, and the USA

Profile Requirements

For this position of Customer Application Support, we are looking for someone with:

  • (Required) Excellent English communication skills (Spoken/Written)
  • (Required) Good Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Networking Skills.
  • (Required) Work Diligence and Responsibility
  • (Optional) Education Background in IT or related field
  • (Optional) Understanding of Agile Methodology


For this position of Customer Application Support, we plan to offer you:

  • Starting Monthly Salary = 25,000 – 50,000 THB (Based on Seniority)
