Job Description
As a Customer Application Support, you will be responsible for:
- Being a single point of contact for both new and existing non-technical customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers’ feedback and encourage growth in product use.
- Assisting, delivering, and demonstrating the client’s product.
- Work with the Agile multicultural teams in Asia, the EU, Canada, and the USA
Profile Requirements
For this position of Customer Application Support, we are looking for someone with:
- (Required) Excellent English communication skills (Spoken/Written)
- (Required) Good Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Networking Skills.
- (Required) Work Diligence and Responsibility
- (Optional) Education Background in IT or related field
- (Optional) Understanding of Agile Methodology
