Customer Service Agent (Danish)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service and product knowledge.

Requirement:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Danish.
  • Business communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a collaborative mindset.
  • Professional mindset, along with empathy, an open-minded attitude, and a willingness to learn.
