Inviting applications for the role of Customer Service and Sales Manager (for US/Europe/Australia Expats)

Your Responsibilities include:
• Receive and respond correctly and professionally to all customers on calls, live chats, emails, and other communication channels.
• Answer customer’s questions and queries concerning our products and services.
• Reply to public reviews after carrying out the root cause analysis for the same.
• Provide product information and take sales orders.
• Work with other internal teams to find the best possible solution for customer’s concerns.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and superior services to our customers.
• Contact current and prospective customers about our jewelry products and marketing programs.
• Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Job Timing:
• 5 days per week (40 hours).
• During the Holiday Season Time (Nov, Dec, Jan): 6 days work week (48 hours), only for a max 8 weeks Annually.

Qualifications we seek in you:
• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in customer experience management, preferably in the jewelry, luxury, or e-commerce industry.
• Jewelry education or Certification from IGI/GIA or equivalent is highly desirable.
• A demonstrated success in managing international customer processes and brands.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and tools; experience with Loyalty Programs is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making for improving customer experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in American English; additional languages are a plus.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with good email and chat corresponding skills.
• Quick learner, and multi-tasker, must possess a great work ethic, and have a desire to succeed.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization, management, and follow-up skills.

Flexibility to work in different shift timings.
Salary: No bar for the right candidate
