• Export Sales: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products, taking orders, addressing concerns.
• Communicate with foreign customers via e-mail, phone, video call.
• Expanding customer base.
• E-commerce experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality
• Assertive and good communicator
• Highly organized.
• Good command of Microsoft excel.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Able to work well under pressure.
