Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for transferees (expats) and their families
- Oversee overall relocation and expatriation process of transferees, including temporary accommodation, orientation, home finding, school search, settling-in, departure services, etc.
- Properly manage the timeline of authorized services according to KPIs and SLAs
- Work with all stakeholders to provide transferees with professional and seamless relocation services
- Be accountable for data integrity and timely system updates
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years working experience of Customer service, Air hostess in hospitality, property consultant business.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages will be advantageous
- Computer literacy, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel
- Able to multitask, work independently and complete tasks according to schedule
- Strong organizational, communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
- Service-minded and detail-oriented
- Experience living abroad will be advantageous
