Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for transferees (expats) and their families
  • Oversee overall relocation and expatriation process of transferees, including temporary accommodation, orientation, home finding, school search, settling-in, departure services, etc.
  • Properly manage the timeline of authorized services according to KPIs and SLAs
  • Work with all stakeholders to provide transferees with professional and seamless relocation services
  • Be accountable for data integrity and timely system updates

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years working experience of Customer service, Air hostess in hospitality, property consultant business.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages will be advantageous
  • Computer literacy, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Able to multitask, work independently and complete tasks according to schedule
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills
  • Service-minded and detail-oriented
  • Experience living abroad will be advantageous
