Job Purpose:

Support Brand strategy by providing useful financial analysis information on timely and accurate manner. Lead the forecasting, planning and budgeting process as well as perform ad hoc analyses related to the company forecast and initiatives. Also provide guideline for Brand to allocate budget and resources to the company’s strategic initiatives.

Ensure reporting procedures are clearly defined and updated. Enhancing the monthly performance management process and leveraging analytics to improve the reliability and accuracy of reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

• To take full responsibility for timely and accurately financial reports. Including the appropriate preparation of management information.
• Ensure the monthly closing performed by Share-service support team is effective, accurate and align with forecast.
• Monitor and control business performance by comparison of actual results versus budget on a continuous basis and also propose for area improvement.
• Ownership of the financial reporting and analysis on monthly, quarterly and as demand by higher management. Identify opportunity area to improve profit of non-performing stores.
• Lead effective forecast and budget preparation that can be used for guidance of operation throughout the year. Provide store level profitability target to meet overall annual budget.
• Prepare feasibility study of new & renovate stores to make sure strong profitability. And make sure the CAPEX management is aligned with Brand’s strategy.
• Lead the improvement of Delivery Performance including Food Aggregators portfolio mix.

Qualification:

• At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance  – Master and CPA is a plus
• At least 5 years in accounting / financial role, with 2-3 years  in management level.
• Experience in food service or retail industry would be an advantage
• In-depth ability of analytical skills, strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellence in English communication and computer literacy
