Our client is a leading distributor of heavy equipment and machinery in Thailand. The company provides a wide range of products and services to customers in the construction, mining, and industrial sectors including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and trucks. The company also sells a variety of spare parts and accessories for heavy equipment.

Job Responsibilities

For International ฺOperation position:

The operational manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and productivity of the operations team. They lead, motivate, and train the team to achieve operational goals. They also ensure that quality control processes are in place and that safety protocols are followed. Additionally, they develop and manage operational budgets and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

They are looking for 3 separated headcounts as International operation parts, International operation machines, and International operation services.

Salary range is THB 100K – 180K with company benefits

Expats is also welcomed (VISA and Work Permit provided)

Job description:

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of supervisors, engineers, and production/service staff to achieve operational goals.
Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that products and services meet or exceed standards.
Enforce safety protocols, standards, and regulations to create a safe work environment.
Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and controlling expenses.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing or service methodologies, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize processes.

Experience requirements

At least 15 years of experience in Operation of Parts or Machines or Services in Heavy equipment , Automotive or industrial field
Experience in Project Management
Strategic thinking with independent working
Good Command in English
