Marketing Communication Manager - TH


We are on the lookout for a talented Marketing Communication Manager to develop and differentiated brand strategy for each brand within the company portfolio, including – target audience, brand positioning and proposition, visual identity, and tone of voice


  • Build brand strategy documents with clear guidelines to ensure clear understanding of brand strategy across teams and external partners

  • Responsible for the whole marketing budget of each brand

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team (Digital Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, Performance Marketing Manager) to develop a brand marketing strategy to drive identified business objectives

  • Responsible for all angles of marketing performance and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

  • Lead marketing campaign conceptualization, translating strategy into cut-through consumer campaigns with creative communication and visuals

  • Lead the campaign creative brief, copywriting the key message for brand campaigns and collaborating with the creative team to generate overall campaign creative that is on-brand and relevant to the target audience

  • Analyze target audience, customer feedback, and competitors to identify brand strengths and weaknesses and opportunities to improve brand positioning

  • Monitor the latest trends (e.g. visual styles, buzz words) in order to develop campaigns that resonate with our target audiences • Provide recommendations to adjust the marketing communication to maintain relevance amidst market changes or competitor activities

  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Advertising or a related field

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Proven marketing campaign experience, demonstrating creative, strategic thinking and analysis

  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing

  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices

  • Effectively verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and synthesize information

  • Agile and able to quickly respond to market trends

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
