As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new merchants and ensuring their seamless integration with innovative payment solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants throughout their entire journey,  providing technical support, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure their long-term success.  You will not only guide them through the initial onboarding process but also cultivate lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them maximize the value of our partner’s services. Your expertise will empower merchants to leverage these services effectively and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Expertise:
    Manage the technical integration of our partner’s payment solutions with merchant checkouts and Pricetag systems.
  • Onboarding:
    Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Technical Support:
    Provide prompt and effective technical support to merchants, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
  • Process Improvement:
    Continuously analyze and enhance our partner’s integration processes and plugins based on merchant feedback and industry best practices.
  • Relationship Building:
    Cultivate strong relationships with merchants, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with our partner’s product and sales teams to streamline onboarding, gather feedback, and improve their offerings.
  • Proactive Outreach: 
    Follow up with onboarded merchants to ensure they are successfully utilizing our partner’s services and address any emerging needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in a merchant support, customer success, or technical support role.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and API integrations. Familiarity with CSS and front-end development in popular CMS platforms such as, but not limited to WordPress/WooCommerce, Prestashop, Shopify and more..
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve integration challenges.
  • Customer Focus:
    A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Proactive and Diligent:
    A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player:
    A collaborative and supportive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working hours:
    13:00-21:00 / 14:00-22:00 (Local Thai time)
