Key Responsibilities:
– Design and deliver engaging football training sessions for children aged 7 to 12.
– Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for young players.
– Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to aid their development.
– Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions.
– Collaborate with coaching staff to uphold the club’s values and objectives.
– Work with school teams, organizing and leading training sessions, matches, and tournaments in partnership with a renowned international school.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Minimum of a UEFA B-License (or higher) coaching certification.
– At least a bachelor’s degree in sports science, physical education, or a related field.
– Proven experience coaching children aged 7 to 12.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with young players and their parents.
– A genuine passion for youth football development and player growth.
– Availability to work evenings and weekends as per the club’s training schedule.
