Project Manager (Mid - Senior Level)

Senior Level :

• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and manage the product backlog.
• Estimate resources required for project success and propose budget adjustments when necessary.
• Assess the need for additional project staff or consultants and facilitate their recruitment, if required.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
• Lead scrum teams to support them in achieving release and sprint goals.
• Facilitate effective team coordination, communication, and task assignment.
• Track project progress, monitor milestones, and proactively mitigate risks and obstacles.

Junior – Mid Level :

• Collaborate with senior project managers and stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives.
• Contribute to the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
