Job Description

  • Develop and implement business strategic plans to expand market presence in Southeast Asia.
  • Identify, evaluate, new distributors to expand the company’s reach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing food distributors, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of successful business development in the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, preferably in the food distribution sector. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the Southeast Asia region
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English is a must
