About Our Client
International rehab centre stands at the forefront of the addiction treatment industry in Thailand, dedicated to delivering superior addiction treatment and rehabilitation services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the Treatment Director and Managing Director. Ensure the integration of all services by working closely with clinical and administrative departments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the treatment center, ensuring a high standard of patient care and compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of healthcare professionals and support staff through effective recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment, emphasizing continuous learning and development.
- Ensure the treatment center meets all local, state, and federal regulations, along with industry standards and best practices for addiction treatment. Oversee the continuous assessment and improvement of the quality of care and services provided.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with government bodies, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Act as a representative of the center in professional forums, public relations events, and other external communications.
- Manage the branch’s budget, financial planning, and resource allocation. Oversee billing, accounting, and other financial processes to ensure fiscal responsibility.
The Successful Applicant
- A Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in a healthcare setting, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in operational management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong ethical stance on patient confidentiality, rights, and professional practice.
- Candidates should preferably have a background in a variety of healthcare settings but not from other addiction treatment centers to encourage fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.
- Fluency in English and Thai would be advantage
