– Greet and welcome all clients entering the store with a warm, genuine, and friendly smile
– Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
– Inform customers about promotions, special offers, and recommendations.
– Reservation Management
– Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
– Engaging with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service.
– Foster a positive and professional work environment.
– Keeping the reception area clean
– Present the bill to customers in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
– Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.
– Assist with other tasks as needed to support overall business operations.
