Job Opening Sale Executive
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and evaluate customer needs.
• Follow up with clients post-visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Assist in the development of sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the spa’s unique value proposition.
• Train and educate spa staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Coordinate with spa staff to ensure client needs are met during their visit.
• Interacting with clients throughout their stay to ensure they have an enjoyable experience
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager, Managing Director, CEO and Board Members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the spa, shop, or hospitality industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
