Sales Executive (Junior) - Battery for EVs Passenger and Commercial Vehicle

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Junior Level) to lead our sales efforts in the Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Battery industry in Thailand. The Sales Executive will be responsible for the operation, planning, and product development for Passenger Vehicles (PV), Commercial Vehicles (CV), and Energy Storage Systems (ESS). Additionally, the candidate will be accountable for setting and achieving sales targets for the Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle and Energy Storage Systems markets in Thailand.

Principal Accountabilities:

Market Analysis and Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify potential customers, key competitors, and market trends in the EVs and ESS Battery industry for Passenger vehicle, Commercial vehicle and Energy Storage Systems in Thailand.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the Passenger Vehicle, Commercial Vehicle and Energy Storage Systems markets, expand the customer base, and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.

Product Development and Portfolio Management:

  • Work closely with the product development team to understand the features and specifications of the product.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the market to contribute to the improvement and development of EVs battery and ESS offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the EVs and ESS Battery industry to ensure a competitive product portfolio.

Sales Target Setting and Achievement:

  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for EVs and ESS Battery industry in Thailand, aligning with the company’s overall sales strategy.
  • Develop detailed sales forecasts and regularly monitor performance against set targets.
  • Employ effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities within the EVs and ESS Battery Market.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, analyzing sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify sales trends, opportunities, and potential challenges, proposing effective solutions to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 3 years experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on the EVs or Automotive industry.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the EVs, automotive, or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EVs and ESS Battery Market landscape in Thailand.
  • Familiar with Thailand local government and industry new energy policies and regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work at Siam Eastern Industrial Park 2 (SEP2), Pluakdang, Rayong.

Skill and Specific Knowledge:

  • Speaking and writing skills in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English with TOEIC Score more than 700 points.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
