Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing company as our first sales team member, taking over the sales from our CEO, spearheading a new department and building a sales team. As a pioneer in this role, you will play a crucial part in building our sales department from the ground up, therefore, strategic thinking, organizational skills and leadership skills and experience is a must. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our sales culture and strategy, making a significant impact on the company’s growth.

In this role, you will be able to work from either our Chiang Mai based or Bangkok based office. You will become a part of a multinational team with a humans first approach and a modern mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Hunting:
    Proactively identify, research, and develop a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social selling.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Sales Process Development:
    Build and implement efficient sales workflows and processes to optimize our sales operations.
  • Team Building:
    As the team grows, recruit, train, and mentor junior sales representatives to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Leadership Development:
    Demonstrate strong leadership skills and a vision for the future of our sales department.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    Accurately forecast sales, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration with Marketing:
    Work closely with our marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and create targeted marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the tech or outsourcing industry.
  • Experience with complex selling to enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
