About the role:
As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling our partner software service for the Spanish market.

You will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. We offer a competitive compensation package with a guaranteed salary plus a high commission. Your performance will contribute to the company’s next level of success.

To be awesome in this role, you’ll need:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven track record as a successful sales professional.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

You will spend your day doing: 

  • Prospect and identify potential clients who would benefit from our product.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as outlined above.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
