Senior Experience Designers

We are seeking Senior Experience Designers for a Client Services/Sales role. This job requires you to communicate with clients, B2B and B2C, impress them with creativity, and communicate that Thailand, and Southeast Asia, are the world’s best luxury travel destinations.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in travel consulting, preferably with a luxury travel or hospitality company.

What you will do:

  • Ensure engagement of customers in the sales process using high-quality communication skills
  • Determine and understand customer requirements
  • Lead, manage and develop team(s)
  • Design unique customer experiences using your creativity and knowledge of the destination
  • Collaborate with reservations/operations to ensure a seamless experience for the customer
  • Responsible for collecting deposits and balances due
  • Collaborate & co-operate closely with all departments as required

To succeed you need to have:

  • Customer-oriented approach and enjoy customer interaction
  • Ability to deal with pressure and demanding clients
  • High level of fluency in spoken & written English
  • Previous experience as a travel consultant
  • Account management experience
  • Team management experience
  • Good organizational skills with an attention to detail
