Senior Recruiter

Who we expect you to be:

Are you a passionate talent acquisition expert with a proven track record of building high-performing teams? We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team and lead our talent acquisition strategy. As a key player in our company’s growth, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and teams for Azendo and our clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of successful recruitment experience.
Talent acquisition expertise:
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods, and selection processes.
System and workflow proficiency:
Mastery of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Data-driven approach:
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform recruitment decisions.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Very high English proficiency.
Project management:
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously.
Industry knowledge:
Understanding of industry trends and talent landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Recruitment certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR).
Experience with employer branding and talent marketing.
Proficiency in social media recruiting tools and platforms.
