Senior Rust Developer

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level to Senior Rust Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of Rust programming, solid software engineering fundamentals, and a desire to solve complex problems with scalable and efficient solutions. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and optimize systems that drive the performance and reliability of our products.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using Rust.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot performance-critical systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold high coding standards and quality.
  • Contribute to the documentation of systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on new trends and advancements in Rust and related technologies.

Must-Have:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in software development.
  • 2+ years of experience writing production-grade code in Rust.
  • Strong understanding of systems programming concepts (e.g., memory management, concurrency, performance optimization).
  • Familiarity with Rust ecosystem tools like Cargo, Clippy, or Rustfmt.
  • Experience with RESTful API design, databases, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages like Python, Go, or C++.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience contributing to open-source Rust projects.
