Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
The Social Media Manager – Social Partner Lead is responsible for enhancing the online presence of our social partner through strategic management of social media placement. This role involves creating, curating, and posting engaging content, monitoring online conversations, and driving engagement to increase brand mindshare and community growth.Responsibilities:
• Develop Social partner strategy and lead team to support all focus categories both campaign and non-campaign period.
• Handling social partner management, sharing ideas for content that drives focus pillar and engages customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and social media platform changes. Implement strategies to keep the social partner’s online presence current and competitive.
• Manage and evaluate as well as develop innovative, creative, and unique approaches to influencer marketing.
• Communicate and coordinate across internal and external teams with respect to social partner task.
• Working closely with internal stakeholder and agency to ensure that every social partner asset meet campaign objective and guideline while optimize media targeting and budgets to achieve marketing goal.
• Monitoring and providing regular reports and analysis on competitor activity within the social media space.
• Be prepared to handle online crisis or negative comments professionally and promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
• Initiating influencers activation to drive traffic and conversion to Lazada.
• Support other related-initiatives of Social Partner directed by the Head of Social.

Job Requirements
• A degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ work experience in related fields (e.g. e-commerce, tech or startup) with 3+ years’ team lead experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on influencers.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in a new creative way of marketing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
• Strong critical thinking and able to plan and do business and budget justification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset and have a sense of pattern & cause and effects.
• Highly creative with personalized/segmented communication experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Experienced in communication in e-commerce or online platform business will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining great attention to detail and working to deadlines.
