Technical Project Manager (Danish)

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and organized individual with a strong understanding of web development. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including designers, developers, clients, and other team members.  You will leverage your technical knowledge and project management expertise to keep projects on track staying with in the agreed upon timeframe, manage resources effectively and make sure projects stay within the agreed upon scope, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

This is a part-time position, but there will be an opportunity to rotate to a full-time position with a clear development plan offering the potential for growth in title, responsibility, and compensation.  You will also be the link between the web development team as their project manager and the App development team, to ensure clear communication and teamwork between the two departments when projects are crossing the two teams.

To be awesome in this role, you’ll need:

  • Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web development project management
  • Proven understanding of technical concepts related to web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: WordPress, Prestashop, Shopify (experience with all three is a plus)
  • Experience working with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SEO best practices
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, ZoHo)
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress)
  • Experience in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment

You will spend your day doing:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and set realistic timelines and budgets
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project milestones are met
  • Manage project tasks, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Facilitate clear and open communication between all stakeholders
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and management
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure a polished final product
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in web development
