Travel Sales Consultants

We are seeking Travel Sales Consultants. This job requires you to communicate with clients, B2B and B2C, impress them with creativity, and communicate that Thailand, and Southeast Asia, are the world’s best luxury travel destinations.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in the travel industry and feel ready to take the next step in your career.

What you will do:

  • Ensure engagement of customers in the sales process using high-quality communication skills
  • Determine and understand customer requirements
  • Assist in designing unique customer experiences using your creativity and knowledge of the destination
  • Collaborate with reservations/operations to ensure seamless experience for customer
  • Ensure timely and informative responses to all enquiries assigned to them

To succeed you need to have:

  • Customer-orientated approach and enjoy customer interaction
  • Ability to deal with pressure and demanding clients
  • High level of fluency in spoken & written English
  • Previous experience in the travel industry
  • Excellent teamwork
  • Good organisational skills with an attention to detail
