  • Lead content creation on key social media and publishing activities to improve traffic and visibility.
  • Drive leads from digital platforms to sales.
  • Update current and create new documentation focused around sales support.

Documentation

Document updates and distribution internally/internal system.

Market Intelligence & Lead Generation 

  • Drive Lead & contact generation through online and offline channels and push prospect information to sales teams via Dextra Group CRM platform.
  • Qualify leads before passing them to sales teams and follow lead conversion with sales teams.
  • Coordinate with all Dextra entities the collection of information such as project information, contacts information in CRM, construction applications, competitor information.

Assist in event planning and execution

Functional Competencies

1. Lead generation and content marketing = To suggest strategies to generate leads for sales teams, optimize conversion funnel and track down lead usage by sales teams on CRM Salesforce, to suggest a content/platform strategy to drive more quality leads to sales teams.

2. Story writing = To transform data and bits of information into meaningful stories that carry company values and marketing messages and that can be used in a vast array of supports.

3. Events organization =To organize Dextra presence on exhibitions, identify and coordinate with local suppliers, to coordinate shipments in a timely manner and deliver perfect execution for the teams that will attend event.

4. Brand ambassador = To ensure consistent use of Dextra branding (colors, fonts, logos, etc.), to go  beyond own scope of work, to embody company values , to offer services and advise other departments on how to improve themselves on branding topics.

5. Project management = To achieve project goals and objectives while honoring the project constraints, typically scope, time, and budget.
