Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard a high-performing BDM team within the first month of employment.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of BDM professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, making adjustments to strategies as needed to ensure success.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to align team objectives with company goals.
- Ensure team members maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive team accountability and performance without relying on strict KPIs, fostering a culture of exceeding expectations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and client event in the region, showcasing our offering and building brand araweness.
- Liaise with Head of Department on key management and operational issues to align strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 2+ years in FX/CFDs Sales. Experience in team leader or manager role is a plus.
- Ability to recruit and onboard a sales team within a 1-month period.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English
