Senior Front-end Web Developer (Webflow)

Job description:

We’re looking for a website developer to partner with our Website Experience Department to support the execution of new website builds, website updates and ongoing maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and build websites in Webflow that utilize best-practice UX principles and deliver impactful results for clients.
• Responsible for end-to-end design and implementation of client websites in Webflow.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to help translate complex requirements into reliable technical implementations to improve website performance such as load times and SEO.
• Test and quality control website changes to uphold the highest levels of standards for clients.
• Assist in migrating websites from other website CMS platforms.
• Utilize industry best practices to build and maintain secure and scalable websites.
• Develop designs into Webflow from Figma or Relume.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs are executed as per.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure websites are built following website IA plans.
• Ensure websites launch with a high-performing site health and site speed score.

 

Skills:

• Programming languages:
  HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap.
• Design:
  Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and others

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow within an agency environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workload whilst achieving outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to provide updates and collaborate effectively with the team.
• High English proficiency

 

Experience:

• +5 years in web front-end development
• +3 years in graphic design

 

Nice to have:

• Have experience working with Relume
• Experience working with CMS platforms as WordPress and Silverstripe
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Familiar with JavaScript and Google Rendering
